This SMS Data Policy supplements the W.D.S. Eviction Service Privacy Policy and explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to SMS (text message) communications.

SMS Opt-In

When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS messages from W.D.S. Eviction Service, you are opting in to receive service-related communications such as case status updates, appointment reminders, and responses to inquiries you have submitted.

How We Use Your SMS Data

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to:

  • Deliver the communications you requested
  • Respond to inquiries or case-related questions
  • Send service updates directly related to your eviction case or inquiry

No Sharing or Sale of SMS Opt-In Data

WDS EVICTION SERVICE LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your SMS opt-in information to outside parties. This data is not used for targeted advertising, affiliate marketing, or any commercial purpose beyond delivering the communications you requested.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and case activity. You will only receive messages directly related to your eviction case or a request you submitted.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You may also contact us directly at lwms@wdseviction.com or call (678) 837-3667 to be removed from SMS communications.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
